A new problem has cropped up on our trip home. No matter how many times you press the level button, it will not go into level mode. You can hear the solenoids, but nothing happens. After 15-20 minuets, you can manually raise/dump the air bags and get it somewhat level. Then the level light will stop flashing.
Back in Nov on our trip south, had a problem with the right front ride height. Had our local shop disconnect it (this was during deer hunting season in Mich) and we were able to get to Alliance RV in Wildwood, Fl. They are a master HWH repair center. Replaced the front right level (intermittent). Getting ready to leave the next day, we had a problem with the left side. That solenoid was open. Replaced it and we have been good. This new problem developed about a month ago.
Sounds to me like you may have a bad board somewhere. If you can, I'd suggest scheduling a visit to HWH.
Here is the page with all the HWH manuals on it. Download and follow the troubleshooting instructions. VERY easy directions. Members who have called HWH have said they went the extra mile to help and without trying to sell parts and provide quick turnaround for parts that can be repaired.
So, use the provided charts, that failing, call tech support: (563)724-3396 or (800)321-3494

We had a problem with HWH system. I got good response with a telephone call. I followed instructions to unplug/plug all connections and fuses. Also checked all fuses. The problem persisted. I got an authorization number, packaged the main box and touch pad, and sent all to HWH. In about 10 days, system was returned with description of the wire they fix and a new face on the touch pad. Cost was less than $100 to fix our problem.
Dick,
Could be several things.
An easy thing to eliminate would to check the plug connection on the back of the controll pad in the cockpit.
You can also remove and reinstall all the plug connections in the controll box.
Also check the ground lug at the controll box.
