Nice job there, compliments to your son.    How's that cold plate system working for you?  Those door latches mean you are missing out on some amusement, like last time I took the coach out for exercise, launched a jar of mayo and four beers across the floor.

Those door latches mean you are missing out on some amusement, like last time I took the coach out for exercise, launched a jar of mayo and four beers across the floor.
I had the excitement of stuff being launched from the Dometic. Then I discovered that there is an adjustment on the Dometic to prevent these exciting launches. No problems since.

Cold Plate's doin' fine. I run it on battery any more. Whether I'm connected to shore power or not. The solars pick up any slack.
