The cord on our windshield pleated blinds is fraying. I called Bali and spoke with their customer service. The cords are a continuous loop and comes in 36", 48" and so on. Fitment is based on where the lower cord guide is placed. As I did not have the measurement to hand they are sending me two cords of each size free of charge.
Now that is customer service!
