Title: Upper radiator hose on generator
Post by: kb0zke on September 09, 2014, 09:18:38 pm
Recently I had the oil and filters changed in Springfield. The generator's lower radiator hose let go in the parking lot while I was waiting my turn for work. I was able to run down to O'Reilly's and get a replacement, which was installed for free. The upper hose was not available, so it wasn't removed and worked just fine on the way home. After I got home I decided to replace it anyway. No one around here was able to find a hose that would work, so I decided to go directly to the source. I looked up Power Tech and sent them a message on their contact us form. After several days I hadn't heard anything from them, so I hunted for a phone number. Yesterday afternoon I found a phone number for them, so I called. Unfortunately, it was shortly before 5:00 their time. The person who answered the phone said someone would call me back "shortly." I didn't hear from them yesterday, which didn't surprise me. I didn't hear from them today, either. Will I have any better luck trying to order from Foretravel?
