Title: shower valve
Post by: joeszeidel on September 11, 2014, 01:46:22 pm
I am slowly changing all my brass items to nichol. The shower bar and shower head are easy as well as the towel bars. Can someone tell me what brand shower valve I can use to replace my current brass one. My unit is a 95U320SE.

We put in a Delta Monitor. Guess I threw the paperwork but I think it was $125 or so.

I'm hoping to change just the handle portion with out the whole valve. Yours look just like what I want.

Joe, you can call the factory.  Give them your build number and they will tell you the make and model of anything that was put on your coach.  David

My 1999 is a Moen it uses the magnum cartridge which is a push pull for on and off and a twist left or right for hot and cold. This was a very common valve for many years. there are after market companies that make trim in Brushed Nichole and sold at the big box stores. It is common for the cart. to get stiff with time and is early replaced. Moen will normally send parts free of charge.

Thanks guys, I always ask before I get started, because usually someone else smarter than I has already done it and it makes my job easier. As stated before I love this forum.
