Here is my 91 Grand Villa. Deposit sent,  should have title by end of the week.Needs a lot of elbow grease but the foundation is sturdy. 6V92 Detroit Seller took my $9000.00 offer.

Congrats and welcome, looks like a barrel of elbow grease will be needed but well worth it.

Welcome to the select group of people who own U300 coaches. We've only had ours for about a year and a half, and we love it.

Congratulations! from the picture it appears that a reasonable amount of "sweat equity" will be required, but we're sure that you'll enjoy your new-to-you Foretravel.

Actually it looks pretty darn good based on the interior photos. We have had our U300 for about 4 years and have not seen another coach we would trade it for. These babies are almost bullet proof. You may have to replace some items and dress it up a bit but when you're all through you will have a Million Dollar baby for under fifty grand. How much under 50 depends on your tastes.

Welcome to the Foretravel Family where Vintage is highly repected.

I think you made a real good deal also.  The work can be a lot of satisfaction/pleasure.  The traveling will be great too.  Welcome to the group.  Enjoy
