A forum member just PM'ed me to ask how we liked our residential fridge conversion. While composing my answer, I referred to the Home Depot page for the Samsung RF197, and discovered it has been discontinued. :( The replacement model is listed on the same web page. A cursory glance through the specs shows the exterior dimensions to be very similar (new one is slightly taller), so hopefully it will still fit. Whether or not it works as well in the RV application remains to be seen. I'm always nervous when a manufacturer replaces a perfectly good model (of anything) with a "NEW & IMPROVED!" model...
Samsung 17.8 cu. ft. French Door Refrigerator in Stainless Steel-RF197ACRS at (http://www.homedepot.com/p/t/203707175?storeId=10051&langId=-1&catalogId=10053&productId=203707175&R=203707175)
When we bought ours in September the salesperson said it was being replaced. No idea why but they suspected Samsung was adjusting their size ranges. This was a good size for us. We lost the space under the old refrigerator and gained some of it back in a new narrow pantry next to the new refrigerator (it was narrower than the Dometic. So far we like it.

Slightly taller would be an issue as I only had less then a 1/4 inches clearance.
My Samsung should be delivered to Nac for installation on Dec 8. I have the replacement for the RF197, so I am hoping that the dimensions are OK!!!
Carol, you should be OK. I rotated the cleanout on the sink drain line that runs behind the cabinet below the existing refrigerator so that it was parallel to the floor which gains a couple inches of vertical room. I added an outlet on the inverter circuit for the ice maker on the floor under the kitchen drawers next to the refrigerator to plug in the Samsung. This outlet is controlled by a new switch located on the front end of the kitchen cabinets so that the refrigerator can be turned off. The RF197 has no off switch. The Rf197 is about 32" wide which left about 4" in the existing opening. With the Samsung all the way toward the front we added a 4" wide pantry about 67" tall with five shelves in the remaining space. It doesn't seem like much but it is 22" deep and holds anything less than 3 1/2" wide (like cereal boxes, trays and much more). So far we like our new refrigerator and the small pantry. I am sure you will enjoy yours.
