Anyone replaced their HWH touch pad recently? Where did you get it?
Have not replaced mine but have heard that HWH has them
From what I've read (on this forum), HWH is something less than responsive.
Many times the front touch panel wears out from repeated use. HWH has a reasonable priced front printed sheet they call Lexan. If this can help resolve your problem, several have photo records of replacing the Lexan, which is quite easy.
The best place to buy HWH parts is by calling HWH.
We called HWH last year for a replacement Lexan pad. They were very helpful, but you'll need the part number off your shift pad for the correct size. Replacement was straigt forward. A great help was doing a search on the forum for pics etc.
Good luck
I got one from HWH - no problem. Regarding their service, I think you may be referring to telephonic technical assistance which seems to be very slow. Ordering parts, however, is simple and quick. Prices aren't bad either. Good luck.

I replaced mine last year. Called HWH and had to leave a message and they would call me back. Said it could take several days for the call back. After several days they did call back. Had me peel the old cover off and tell them the hand written number on the unit. She then gave me the part number AP 8444. Cost was $11. Had it later that week. Easy R&R. Jus peel off and stick on.

Thanks for the info. I appreciate it.
I got mine at the HWH shop while having other work done. There are several different ones, so you need the number off of yours if ordering. The mechanic gave me mine for free, I guess he did not want to load up my repair bill more than what it was. :D
When we were at HWH last spring they had a rack of different models. They weren't very expensive.
We ordered our replacement Lexan from HWH; it came in a letter sized envelope; $11 I believe. Here is the link to our replacement:

HWH shows the version fitted to mine as a 680 series 1997 - 2002. This is incorrect as it fits my 1995. I sent them a picture and the agreed and sent me a new panel, called a Lexan. They said it was the last one in stock so good luck!
It's easy to fit just pull off the cable at the back, remove 4 small nuts and the whole thing comes off. Pull off old panel, clean with alcohol, not forgetting the LED bulbs, and stick the new one on. Total time 20 mins.
How to ID your panel:
