Title: Mystery drain?

Working on the carpeting, noticed a screw in plug on the back wall of the cabinet under the refrigerator.  Does anyone know what it's for?  pic attached

Looks like a clean out for the sewer line

Hmmm... I recall a recent thread....  here it is  What would this be for? PVC pipe under fridge. (http://www.foreforums.com/index.php?topic=23422.0)
