Hello everyone
If you have seen the name Hatchet lurking in this forum for the last 3 months it was me. My wife Kathy and myself just purchased a coach at MOT. The previous owner of this coach was the Pooles.
We had a lot of help on the purchase from some wonderful people on this forum and wish to thank each and everyone .
We had a very favorable experience at MOT. They were very professional, courteous and respectful.
If Mr and Mrs Poole are on this forum, I wish to thank them for taking care of this beautiful coach.
Once again thanks everyone.
John and Kathy
Proud to hear you made the purchase, hope you have a lot of enjoyment.
John and Kathy, you are setting off on a wonderful adventure. Enjoy every day. We are all here to help and share in any way we can. Very nice to meet you and Kathy over the last few weeks here in NAC.
Roger and Susan
You will never regret purchasing a Foretravel--- they are just wonderful, new or old, makes no difference. Enjoy! And welcome.
Based on recent post, I would be careful going down I-10 near Phoenix! Seems to be bad JuJu out that way!
Congrats - and Welcome. As Roger said. ;D
Thanks Forewheelers we still need to meet up, we seem to keep missing each other.
Roger it's been a pleasure meeting you and Susan as well.
Kemahjohn, these coaches are nice, thanks for the welcome and hope the jink on I-10 isn't on the east bound lanes.
Scuba guy and Siren it was nice meeting you last night.
Thanks Carol and Scott, hope to meet you some day.
Michael and Jackie, sorry we missed you guys this trip, thanks for all that you did for us.
John and Kathy
@John now we need pics of you and the coach! Welcome to the club BTW!

John and Kathy,
Congrats on your purchase. The people at MOT are a great group. You will love this forum a really great group ready to help anyway they can.

John, we enjoyed our time, glad it worked out. All the folks you met there in Nac were wanting the best for you, and any other buyer. But as we discussed, you cannot remember....at least those of us talking with you......could not remember every thing MOT told you on how to operate all things. We stand by to help, but others with the 02......such as Rick or Carol or Norm or Ron, may be better help knowing where that switch is located. But call me, will gladly try!
Perhaps that cheat guide I made for help when we bought our first one....as you...will help, at least as you customize to your coach. Thanks too to James stallings of Xtreme and Keith Risch.
Now, if I could just get you to head over here to the Guadalupe River we could enjoy some good food and more fellowship with a good group...plus a couple we met here wants to talk about our Foretravel, maybe finding one. You could join in! You learned a lot in your investigations.
Travel safe, good luck finding that toad, (don't forget to join motorcade and post the photo...beautiful coach)
Mike
John, Welcome aboard, I have seen Connies coach and you got a good one, I know Corbett was a stickler on a lot of things and I will bet that that coach was one of them.
I have not seem the Pooles for a while, hope that the bought another coach and are still active in FMCA.
Gary B
Corbett showed me his compressor. It runs the air actuated awning great. He took good care of the coach and they used it a lot.
Welcome to the forum. We are owners of a 2002 as well. We will have some things in common with the 2002 slide assembly and the air operated awning.
Ours has been a very comfortable coach and we have enjoyed it a lot.
When the things that are inevetable happen don't be discouraged. Just get on this great forum ask the question even if you don't feel very smart for not knowing. This group never rarely makes fun of one another.
We look forward to meeting you.
Wow, there are so many people that have been helpful and yes thanks to Keith for the inspection and guidance and to James for easing my mind on a few items as well.
Hopefully someday I can give back to the forum as you all have.
As Bob in Conn would say
Happy Rving
John
John & Kathy - it was nice meeting you and celebrating after your 1st night in your new coach. We were tickled to learn you figured out how to adjust the "water levels." (ahem!) We look forward to tomorrow night's Butcher Boys send-off, and congratulating you once more on your beautiful coach. ^.^d
You should meet up with Lynn & Marilyn (Forewheelers) on your way up through Arkansas - they are real quality people, like yourselves. I'm glad you had such a positive experience with MOT and others on this forum. It is just the beginning of a wonderful journey/adventure/lifestyle.
Happy Trails......and have fun at spring training in Jupiter. Go Cardinals!! b^.^d
Not sure why anyone would want to visit Jupiter, when Kissimmee is right there http://houston.astros.mlb.com/spring_training/ballpark.jsp?c_id=hou ^.^d ^.^d ^.^d
but, I know you will love your new coach. It was a great find.
Yeah that's true the " Lastros " are still in Fla aren't they !
John & Kathy, a very warm welcome to the best forum on the planet & the wonderful world of FT! Your coach will feel right at home here in FL, that's where I last saw it, the Pooles were parked at the same rest stop for lunch when we (5 other FT's) caravanned home from FMCA at Perry last March. Gorgeous coach and the nicest folks ever, met them briefly at Perry, relatively young, sure hope they have owning another FT in mind.
