I know this subject covered before and often, However I friend of mine was killed Friday working on his Eagle bus, Somehow the Bus stared to roll and he was caught between the door of the Bus and a pillar in his Bus Barn. So PLEASE When working your Coach or your Car Make Dang sure it is SECURE.
Andy,
One of our bus nuts got killed recently from accident in his garage, hope your friend was not Don Gourley, his DW is Carole.
Small world. Sounds awful like same type accident.

Andy,
I am very sorry to hear about your friend.
Also, thanks for the reminder, it never hurts to be reminded to take all the necessary safety precautions.
I am sorry for your friend. I had one who died who just went under his bus to look at something and the HWH system let go and the bus dropped on him.
I had my coach in the bay at MOT after they lifted it all the way up and were starting to block it have it go into ride height. They had to replace the HWH box afterwards but I am glad they were not under it when it came down. It taught me never to go under till it is blocked.
Yes Dave it was Don I was speaking of and we are just heart broken.
Andy,
Truly sorry, Don was popular on the bus boards, the bus gang also feels the pain. Hope you can help Carole.
Dave M

Sad news. Two weeks ago I purchased from Northern Tools four rubber chocks to replace the 4x4 wooden chocks I had been using for ten years but did sort of an iffy job when on dirt or gravel.
One of the first "incidents" I had to contend with after purchasing our FT was a sudden explosion of a rear air bag when leveling in a friends driveway. In addition to learning how to change an airbag, I learned to never trust this convenient feature of our coaches, of raising it for work underneath. I always use my 10" 2x2 tubes....
