I am trying to find a mounting solution for all the electronic gadgetry that's
accumulating on my dash, like cell phones, gps, toad brake controller, dash
cam, radar detector, etc.

In these pictures you can see that I installed a circular disk for a suction mount on the dash cover.  You can also see that I switched to placing the Navi up on the window glass.  It's in the perfect spot aligned with the rear view mirrors.  Easy viewing all around!.

My gps just attaches easily by suction cup on side window, easy to see.  2-1 laptop tablet that folds back so screen is up above dash cowling and makes the keyboard be the base on the cowling, for vmspc.  Duct tape hold all else!
