 Please don't laugh at me and I hope this question will help others who may not want to ask," BUT" I just don't know where to look for our build number on our coach. please help.

You should find your info plaque along side your left thigh along side the driver's seat.
On mine, the bottom row of numbers is the Model # info, containing lots of coach info, including the build number, in the string of numbers.
