I finally found a LED lamp for the bathroom and bedroom vanity light fixtures that is a worthwhile replacement for the original incandescents.
I have tried a number, and always went back to the original lamps.
Here is the one I am now using:
1x BA15S 1156 1141 5W 49LED Bulb 5050SMD Warm White AC DC11 30V High Bright... (http://www.ebay.com/itm/171527629034?_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT)
I find them brighter than the original incandescents, have a pleasing warm white color (slightly yellow, not blue), and three lamps only draw 1A total.
Mine arrived less than a week after placing the order.
Those are good. 3x500 lumens. LOTS of light. I'm not sure I want to see what that might show. I went with waterproof bulbs, 2 on each side in the three bulb fixtures. Roger
My next project is to add a three way switch.
I bought 8 led bulbs for the wall lamps from LED Kingdom.com. They were not as bright or warm as the incandescent, so I returned them and got a complete refund including shipping. I'm still looking.
When the LED "bulb" is not going to be enclosed within any kind of housing or fixture, I like the "bulb" to have a shell (more like an incandescent).
New 1x BA15S 1141 1156 Bulb 72 3014SMD LED AC DC12 24V Silicone Crystal... (http://www.ebay.com/itm/NEW-1x-BA15S-1141-1156-bulb-72-3014SMD-LED-AC-DC12-24V-Silicone-Crystal-White-/181597505907?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item2a480e0973)
In the fixtures with pleated conical shades, I installed the following:
Pack of TWO (2), LED 12V White Omni Bulb BA15D Clear Cover - Led Household... (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B007M48PNQ/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1)
I have seen an FT in which all the large white bulbs alongside the vanity mirrors were replaced with rectangular fixtures containing strips of LEDs, the full length of the mirror.
I think maybe Mogan is referring to the ones I made and painted to try and match the wood finish. They are still up and like them

Looks good, John. It was something very similar I saw recently in another coach.
