Title: Nac Report
Post by: Kemahjohn on July 16, 2015, 07:30:31 am
We were in Nac yesterday to pick up some parts for our U320 on the way up to Michigan.  We met with the usual warm reception from the folks at FOT who were very helpful and friendly.  Billy Jack in parts went out of his way to get us what we needed (our 320 is a 1996 model).  While he was gathering up the goodies, we visited with David in remodel--- always a pleasure to talk with him, and with Luke in service.  FOT is busy, so schedule any service you need with that in mind.  Camp Foretravel has a number of coaches in the parking lot, but plenty of room for more-- maybe about half full.  We stayed the night, and as usual, it was free since we were buying a few parts, with 50 amp hookup.  We always enjoy our visits with the FOT folks.
We also went over to Motor homes of Texas ( where we bought our U320) and talked with service there about scheduling work.  They are currently quoting 4 week lead time for appointment.
The good news is both FOT and MOT are busy and doing well, so likely to be there long term to fix our coaches!  The bad news is, you will need to plan ahead to schedule your coach in for service at either place.
