After working perfectly for the last 2 months, I cannot get my HWH to go into auto level or manual level. I was able to go to the dump and raise modes and the green travel light comes on.
When I touch the air button (for auto and manual) the red light does not come on. However, when I select dump or raise the red light turns on, so the light works.
Any ideas on what to check? Luckily, I am within a half bubble front to back.
Had the same problem a month or so ago. First try removing parking brake and putting into drive then back into park. That probably won't work. I removed pad and heavily sprayed with corrosion x then let dry for an hour. Had worked ever since. Gotta love corrosion x..
I did order a pad from Foretavel as a back up so if you find the pad is bad I have an extra if you need it. I am currently in Madison, Wisconsin for at least10 days.
Thanks for the tip Jeff. Your cleaning suggestion worked! Now back to level.
Still don't understand how you can clean a switch that looks sealed.....anyway, this forum is great!
I LOVE CorrosionX ... it has helped us SO many times!! The HWH board, the Turbo Turd board and several switches deep in the base unit of said commode, battery terminals, nuts & bolts. I use it for everything ... and was even thinking of trying it on my rotator cuff issues. The stuff is magic.
Jeff, what is this "pad" of which you speak? I know it's a newbie question, but I have to ask because my leveling system also doesn't work as advertised.

Glen, it is the HWH leveling pad. To remove, take off 4 tiny screws and take off electrical connection.
Thanks. That's what I thought, but I wanted to be sure.

WD-40 works better on your rotator cuff - doesn't dry out the skin so bad. 8)
