SO I CALLED PARTS AT FT, AND GOT THE COST AND I JUST WOKE UP ON MY SHOP FLOOR.I DO NOT MIND BUYING ONE BECAUSE I NEED ONE, BUT I WOULD LIKE TO PAY LESS FOR THE RADIATOR THEN I DID FOR THE COACH OUCH!! ANY HELP, REBUILDING ETC OR AN AVENUE TO PURCHASE WOULD HELP, AND BARRY BEAMS POST WAS VERY HELPFUL.THANKS BOB
Should be a radiator rebuild shop somewhere in your area, they may or may not will be able to remove the radiator and reinstall it.
Atlas radiator in TX is where they get the radiators from. You could order one directly.
yes as John said Atlas in Corpus Christi is the place. You may find it is 50% less that FT.

How much does FT want for a radiator?
Last time I checked with Atlas (a couple of years ago) a new radiator for my 99 was 2200.00 plus freight.
HUFFMAN RADIATOR,sinton tx,361-364-1903 ,1-800-870-0642,they rebuild most radiators for the offshore oil industry.
they can put a new core in your radiator or sell you a new one.
Most good radiator shops should be able to re core it.
Thanks for all the good leads on the radiator.FORETRAVEL WANTS $3700.00 PLUS $200.00 TO SHIP TO CT.Thats why I am out hunting for a better price. Thanks to all you nice folks on the forum.Bob
I had one shipped to TN a while ago and shipping was 600 dollars from Atlas and that was the same price.
Unbelievable prices for both radiator and shipping...........For $600.00 you ought to be able to get a car shipped from Texas to Tennessee.
I would remove the radiator and take it to a reputable radiator shop and have it cleaned and pressure tested. They should
be able to tell you if it's worth repairing or you need a new one. Maybe it's nothing more than a pinhole and you'll get away without
having to spend a fortune.
Fastenal has a cut-rate shipping deal that is reasonably priced. I have friends that ship engines and other heavy stuff with them.

Good luck and keep us posted.
OK SO HERE IS THE UPDATE, ORDERED ONE FROM ATLAS TODAY(4 WEEKS OUT).THE PRICE WAS GOOD $2100.00 PLUS $200.00 FOR SHIPPING.WHEN I GET MY OLD ONE OUT I WILL GET BACK ON THE FORUM, MAYBE SOMEONE COULD HAVE IT RECORED (THAT HAS A LEAKER)
AND SAVE SOME $$$$.THANKS BOB
PS WILL UPDATE ONCE NEW ONE INSTALLED..
Sounds great, when I bought mine from FOT, the radiator came with all the sheet metal including the 2 fan mounts ready to slide in. Not cheap, but a very proper job when completed, also had both fan motors resealed/rebuilt. Also got the new CAC from FOT & installed at same time. Many new hoses, radiator & hydraulic. Not cheap, but another concern gone.
In hindsight, should have had the work done at FOT or MOT, would have been less $$$$$.
There'a RADIATOR place in WALLER, Tx. Give them a call. pc

For those that have(or had) leaking radiators, it would be very beneficial to know if you used any additives, had the ELC type of coolant, or had the installed cartridge that keeps the coolant in spec. Why did it fail is the question of the day. Thanks and have a great day ---- Fritz
Good day Fritz, when looking at the passenger side of the coach, the core started to leak in the lower left hand corner. They did a pressure test right in the coach, after they tightened the nuts and bolts(which were loose) and also tightened the hose clamps. After the pressure test the radiator was still leaking in the core area. I use the red Cummins antifreeze. It seems to work well. This is a 2003 and I guess it was just its age that caught up with it??. Drove it back from California with no issues , and then it just started leaking on a small trip up here in the northeast. If you look at Barry Beams photos of his radiator replacement, mine is leaking in the same spot that his photos show. Hope this helps. Thanks Bob
