I called Extreme and they did not have a kit ready for my coach, 1999 U320 but were planning one. The cost of the kit and having to have someone locally do the Gel coat and the installation was more than they charge to do the whole job.

Do they usually stock headlight kit?

No, they stock the lights and lay up the fiberglass when they have a job

They cut out the whole lower corner where the existing lights are.  The new pieces are laid up as they are needed.  Last winter they just didn't have time and extra people to make them up ahead of time.  Even still the process doesn't take all that much longer.  The new pieces are glassed in and new gel coat is applied, sanded and polished.  Painted as required.  There was a bit of additional rt front corner repars the they did as well.  You can see it in the first picture.

I had them use the standard bulbs. They are just fine for the amount of night driving we do. Much, much better than the original headlights. I wouldn't be surprised if they have an LED option, might be $600 extra just based on bulb cost.

I have replaced the docking lights with LED bulbs, amazing!  Not the easiest thing to do but nice result.

Xtreme P&G did a headlight upgrade on our 1997 U295. Our upgrade included a pair of J W Speaker 8700 Revolution LED lamps. The improvement in lighting is remarkable. To the best of my knowledge, our upgrade is the only one that Xtreme has performed that used 7" round headlights. Most use the 90 mm projector lights.

Information about our upgrade is included in this thread: Front Facad modifications? (http://www.foreforums.com/index.php?topic=20411.msg151811#msg151811) There is also information about other upgrade options and experiences.

I continue to be pleased with the results. I am now willing to drive the coach at night. The improved lighting has given us expanded opportunities for travel.

Hella has 90 mm LED modules as well.  About $150 additional per light.

90 MM LED MODULE L4060 | Hella Special OE (http://www.hella.com/MicroSite/soe/en/powersports/highlights/LED-Modul-90mm.html)

I am sure if you want them Xtreme will get them for you.

Roger,

What LED bulbs did you use and what complicated the installation?

Thanks,

Trent

Xtreme only uses LED for turn signal.
Rance is an expert and can do anything you want.
