Title: Aqua Hot Question
Post by: Jim W on February 07, 2016, 02:53:00 pm
I need some help with my Aqua-Hot. Over Thanksgiving the fresh water side sprung a leak.  I have since sent it back to the factory for a rebuild.  I am in the process of reinstalling it now.  I have a wire marked H-3  5009 which I failed to keep track of.  Would anyone have a wiring schematic to identify its placement.  My owners manual does not have the wiring diagram for the Aqua-Hot.  I think it may go on the top left terminal of the bottom relay along with H-7, but am not sure.
My coach is a 1998 U 320.
Thanks, Jim W

Here is the shop manual for the older units.  Don't see a wire with that # but it might help.

Ask this question on the Aqua Hot Forum.  Roger Berke has a heater like yours.  He may be able to assist you.

H 3 is power to bath room blower.... should go to top left post (relay post # 4) zone B relay...... H 7 is power to Bedroom...  Fan wire numbers for some odd reason do not show in schematics.....

Bringing this one up to help anybody like me who is looking where the bedroom heat exchanger fans get power. The reply from ted solved the fact that when I replaced the burner I had knocked the H-7 wire loose. As ted stated no schematics in the book on these wires.
