I have a leaking toilet water supply line, has anyone replace one of these before?
which toilet? Describe where you are seeing the water?
I had intermittent leaks on my microphor. It was the vacuum breaker valve under the cover.
The leak showed up about 1.5' in front of the toilet bowl, actually showed up thru the grout seam. Shutting off the manifold valve dried it up that's why I think it a supply line leak.
What year and model of FT? What brand of toilet? :D
If it is a electronic Microphor toilet, take the lid off. Is there any water standing at the bottom and on the metal plate?
If yes, near the front there will be a "standpipe" looking plastic part. There should be a plastic cap that pulls straight up. You should see a white piece of plastic in the center of the black plastic part. If it is wet then the vacuum breaker needs to be cleaned. Grundge builds up and keeps the seal from working properly.
Failure of the vacuum breaker is common with hard water use. A portable water softener will eliminate this and other hard water related issues.
Inlet valve leaks around the stem on mine. Have a new one, just need to change it.
This is a model lf-220. The leak is coming from a brass fitting. I have a pic but not sure how to post it from a phone.
Thought I would post a link showing exploded parts view just in case you don't have it - PDF.

We have purchased parts from: Ed Mullaney.com. Have talked to the Gal there and she is very knowledgeable and appears to be a helpful soul. I thin k they are the only source for parts for our toilets.
Good Luck. ;D
Suzanne,
Is this the part you are talking about? If so there are a couple of garden hose rubber washers (one on each end) that are located between the hose adapters and the little regulator in the middle that could be leaking.
