I had to replace the overflow hose from the fresh water tank and in doing so bumped the defroster vent hose which caused the defroster vent to fall off (see photo). Any idea where I can get two? Searching the Internet seems to just yield grills, not vents.
Mine did that also I called Foretravel and they had sold the last 2 they had. I remounted mine and as best as I could then sealed them with this tape all around the edges using a squeegee. It has worked great so far. I also used it around the edges of the dash wood undernath to stop some wind noise I had. Truck Pro had this in stock.

While the tape will likely work I am going to try for a different solution. I have two thoughts, first, do a fiberglass repair of the vent. I will have to test the vent to see if epoxy will stick to it, if not I may make a collar around it. The other solution I thought of is to make a mold of the part and make a complete replacement out of fiberglass. This would be time consuming but I might go this route to get the experience. I have a source of knowledge from the guy I used to work for that rebuilds historic F! cars after his customer crashes them. While that parts he works with are carbon fiber with a honeycomb stiffener the technique is the same.
Fab one out of aluminum?
Welded if you have capability or riveted if not.
