Title: 1997 U295 Cummins C8.3 - Filters
Post by: Kevin on March 17, 2016, 02:14:13 pm
Good afternoon!  Hope everyone is doing well!  I have misplaced my notes on fuel filters and oil filters for the Cummins C8.3 in our U295.  I searched on Beam Alarm, but thought someone may have the correct filters here on the forum.

There is a primary and secondary fuel filter, correct?  What are the part numbers for those?

What is the part number for the oil filter?

In addition, may have the generator serviced as well. Same request, oil and fuel filter part numbers?

Thanks, am having it serviced at a new place due to our location and wanted to verify.

Thanks so much in advance!  Take care.

Just to add, the first belt listed on that site was 2" too short to work on my 98, 8.3.

I will have to amend my printed list.

Thanks!  For some reason I think our c8.3 is 325 hp, if so, would all be the same as on the attachment?

Kevin, open the rear of the coach, take a mirror and look just below the AC compressor on the timing cover, there is a plate with Serial #, the CPL # and the HP  you will need this info if you need to order parts, the engine cold be a 300,horse or a 325.
