I was in the bay that houses my water pump and saw the fresh water drain valve. Between the valve and the tank there is a PVC
tee that's in the line right after the tank. The third leg of the tee has 2 wires attached to it that are coming from within the " belly of the beast."
Can somebody please tell me what the tee fitting is for?

If what's shown in the left side of this photo, that's what it is
Black and grey sensors will be behind the utility bay wall.

Yes - you have 3. Fresh, Black and Gray - they feed the Javilina screen. :D
As Michelle says the Black and Gray are behind acess panels. :D
