Title: New Generator End
Post by: John S on March 24, 2016, 12:34:58 pm
Well, I am at a powertech repair place and watching the guy pull and replace the end on my  Powertech generator. It is quite the job and then I will have to back onto a street to get out.  Finally got the old end off and now the new end is on so it is reassembly now.

Curious, what was the issue with your generator that mandated replacing the end??  pc

Wow! I've always had Onan gen-sets and had zero problems, but I'd be curious, as well.  ???

the new voltage regulator replaced was faulty.

That's different than the "generator end" assembly. So the voltage regulator was bad?
