I used Massey's to find and fix some air leaks. Elmer did a great job - patient and through. They have a lift which makes working under the coach much easier and faster. If needed, you can stay overnight inside their fenced lot. (30 amp service). They have a break room with TV and good WIFI.
They mostly service trucks but they are Frieghtliner and Spartan trained and experts on Cummins engines. They said they have worked on about a dozen Foretravels so they know the basics.
Tom Kszepka is the Service Advisor and very easy to work with.

This is good to know. We are though there a few times a year and it helps to know where to get good service. I had a favorite shop in Yuma I used, but they closed (Yuma Diesel). Over the years, I've come to like heavy truck service shops better for service than "RV" dealerships. Just lucky that way I guess.
Larry,
(You may already be aware) FOT maintains a list of owner recommended service facilities. I don't know how often they update the info, or how much hassle it is to get a shop added. It would be nice if they made it easy to enter new names, because it can be a handy info source in a "emergency"...much quicker than trying to search for a address in old posts on the Forum. If you feel adventurous, you might look into getting Massey's added, and report back to the members on what is involved.
We've had good luck with these guys, beats dinking around in Phoenix! ^.^d Northern Arizona Diesel, Flagstaff, Arizona, Diesel Servicing (http://www.northernarizonadiesel.net/)
