Bob,

The OEM part (short, straight sensor) on the '03 drive axle is no longer produced, however there is a superceding part (90 degree sensor) that research indicates should be doable.

Jim McNeece had his rear ones replaced about a year ago 2003 U320: Rear ABS Wheel Sensor Replacement (http://www.foreforums.com/index.php?topic=23939.0); I don't know if he found NOS OEM or if the service facility he used figured out the installation of the new P/N.

Start with this thread 1998 U 270 rear ABS sensor source and part number (http://www.foreforums.com/index.php?topic=29227.0)

Bob,

We just had a drive wheel ABS sensor replaced on our 2003 at Old Town Motorcoach.  Our coach, and a 2002 they had worked on recently, both had the 90 degree sensor I mentioned in the other thread.

No idea when FT changed from the short straight to the 90, or why they think there are no parts available, but at least in an '03 you should have the 90 and it's readily available.
