It is in the box on top of the unit. Be very careful as Powertech has shipped out the wrong ones and a couple people have fried the ends. It happened to mine.

OK thnx, will give them the numbers off the old one & serial number of genny when I call Monday.

Will check for loose wires after the sun shows up this morning..... lovely timing tho, dry camping in the Eagles Aerie RV parking lot in The Dalles, OR

But the biskits are in the oven, gravy in the skillit... so not all bad

Hmmm
Snagged a electric & water site... plugged in and the Progressive is showing a steady 123vac (hooked to shore power only not gennie) and the FT volt reader board (above the sink) is still showing160 fluctuating to 170 vac.... any ideas?

What does your hand held voltmeter say?

Sounds like a bad board. Take the board out, unplug volt meters from the outlets and check volts there.

plugged into shore power your ems reads 123 vac, take your vom and check different outlets in the coach, if they read the same as your ems your power on shore power is good, next unplug from shore power, fire the gennie and check your ems for voltage check at outlets for power readings, if they are good the board above the sink is bad.

Saddlesore, the board is what you are looking at to see your voltage, above the sunk. They are plugged into two outlets in the void behind the unit. I say they because you have line 1 and line 2, each has its own plug.
