Tomorrow we begin the move from our 1994 Bluebird BMC 37' into a 2003 Foretravel U320 40' 2 slide. Will be very busy doing the move in only 2 days, then cleaning the Bird. We are full timers, so lot's of stuff to sort, plan where to put it, and accomplish the move.
I have the Bluebird presold, being picked up this coming Saturday. We are currently in Weatherford TX at a good friends place who has loaned us his side yard for a door to door move.

Congratulations, Dan! What an exciting time for you and Sandy. I think that this is the fun part - finding new homes for all your things. I will be very interested how the adjustment is, and what your thoughts are on living in a Foretravel after living in two different Bluebirds. ^.^d
Congratulations Dan. You got a nice one. Now the discovery begins. How exciting!
Good going, Dan. I am with Amanda, I'd love to hear how your Bluebird experience stacks up with your new FT. All the best as you move your home into the next one. Let us know if you need more stuff...Have fun! Paul
Congrats Dan, be interesting to hear your thoughts between the BB and FT in awhile
As a former bird salesman and a former foretravel sales manager I too would be interested in your info
Dan and Sandy,
Congratulations on hour new home. We recently bought a 2003 U320 and love it. From my relatively short relationship with our coach I would say you made a great decision. Your going to a bigger coach with slides will be a huge upgrade in room for the two of you.
Plese let me know if there might be any questions i might be able to answer.
Enjoy!
Thanks all. The move begins this morning.
We had great sellers that gave us a good education in advance, plus I have been reading the forums for quite a while. I'm sure we will have many questions along the way.
Dan
Congratulations and welcome to the "family"!
Ditto and double to everything posted above.
WELCOME
Congratulations and welcome.
Karen and I have been full time in our 36 ft U270 for 9 years next month- no end in sight.
Hope to see you down the road sometime............. ^.^d
One day of moving from one coach to another done. Amazing amount of stuff in our Bluebird to transfer to the Foretravel. One more to 1.5 more days to finish the move.
We will still be organizing for a few weeks after that. Our Bluebird coach buyer flies in Saturday afternoon and I will pick him up (63 miles each way).
Much thanks to Ernie and Brenda Ekberg, friends since 2001 when we met a Bluebird TX Rally, for letting us use their side yard to do this move. Ernie does some amazing coach flooring work, and did our Bluebird in August of 2010.
Woohoo! Congratulations Dan and Sandy! We've had ours for only a few months now and absolutely LOVE it - you made a great choice.
...hope to see you guys in our travels someday soon
