Hi Im new to the forum and own a 2002 U320. Ive been tackling several projects to get her in pristine condition. Shes only got 29k miles on her! One thing Im not sure about is the "fill water" switch located in the utility cabinet where the water connects. My Gray Water switch always glows Green and when I press the fill switch I only hear what sound like a relay in the compartment next door. I visually looked it over but could not see anything obvious so wondering if I may have a stuck valve somewhere. Seems like my grey valve wont close either like my black water switch. Any suggestions? Appreciate any help. - Jim
Hi Jim -
Not in your signature but the pic looks like a 36' to me. So it should be the same as ours.
Your Fresh Water Fill Valve should be located next to your water pump located in the same bay as your water manifold. Your Gray Waste tank is there as well but behind the gray manifold cover. Have some one press the Water fill valve switch while you are by the water pump and you should hear the solenoid "click" when it opens/closes. You should also be able to hear water going into your tank and feel the water flow through the hose from the manifold to the water tank. RE: Gray water valve - Two to three screws hold the gray panel in place that surround the manifold. The screws are on the right edge of the panel. The left edge is held in place by an aluminum channel. Again have your helper press the open/close switch located in your wet bay. You should hear the motor of the electric gate valve. If not you might have a broken wire or motor not working. You should be able to access the gate valve by opening one ot the two white doors in the gray panel that covers the manifold. The gate valves do have a manual open/close feature.
The gate valves are made by Drain Master.
If you like you can send me a PM with your phone# and I can give you a call and walk you through it.

You should also be able to turn on the water fill from inside the coach. My switch is in the bathroom area. With the switch on you should be able to see the fresh water gage and see if it filling up.
Our other fill valve switch is under the kitchen sink next to the garbage can. It took us a couple of days to find it. Before we found it I always used the switch in the wet bay. :)
Our other fill valve is also under the sink on the right side panel as you look in.
