Just spoke with my sister, she had this service done on her coach at WW Williams in Tucson. 1999 U320 with ISM I believe. Here's what they did:
Check engine codes.
Change coalescing filter.
Oil filter, air filter, fuel filters.
Genset service, oil, filters, belt.
New serpentine belt.
Check front hubs, brake check. Adjust slack adjusters. One anti-rattle clip.
Oil change.
Coolant system flush with detergent, new coolant. Though Cummins had recently changed coolant they apparently did not do it right. 70% water, 30% coolant. This is the fourth! coolant change on this coach in two years as everyone else has managed to screw it up with adding wrong coolant, overlooking rotten hose resulting in coolant loss in 400 miles, insufficient coolant. It sounds like these guys finally got it right.
New coolant filter.
Chassis grease.
AC diagnosis-needs new compressor, seal leak. Deferred until later.
Oil and transmission fluid analysis.
Numerous other small items. Reports are they were very thorough and kept her in the loop as work progressed. Camping on site. Wifi and pet room.
1600 bucks. In and out one day, as scheduled. Detailed invoice. That seems pretty fair to me....
Thanks Chuck, we're going to need service soon, as well. I sure rather go to Tucson than dink around in Phoenix! I'll get a hold of them and see if they like CATs, as well. ^.^d
They like any diesels, just talked with a nice guy. What we talked about was filters, and were they available locally? Brett taught me that he never gave a rat about what filter was used, EXCEPT the fuel filter, which should be CAT. The guy said, anyone who had their druthers about filters to give them a call before booking time, so they could order-in.
We were in Tucson last week. Had the oil & trans fluid changed at WW Williams. Adam was the guy I spoke with, nice guy, saved me some money. Always appreciated. They did good, quick work.
I'd go back if I were in the area. Cheers Ric 8)
I have a friend with a Country Coach who is based around Tuscon and swears by Williams for all his work.
