Light comes on on the inverter but no power to plugs ... Microwave ...ECT..
The easy solutions you hope for:
Got a GFI (ground fault indicator) outlet? If so, see if it's been popped, and push the reset button if so:
Check breaker box, did the inverter sub-panel get popped?
Also - depending on your inverter, you may have a "seeker" mode where the inverter doesn't really provide power until it feels a load on the system... Try plugging in a laptop or coffee maker, and switching it on.
Your inverter manual probably has some error codes based on what inverter box lights are on/flashing/blinking. See if the inverter is indicating any errors.
Check GFI in the bathroom. Has brown buttons and hard to see. Fooled me when we first got ours.

Also take the outlet out of the wall and check power coming to it. Power coming in none going out it's tripped or bad outlet.
make sure your selector switch is right if it's on microwave /blender try it the other way
Looks like you have the same coach as mine. I replaced out my original Taytronics 1500 inverter out some years ago.
I assume you still have the original? (PAC 1500 is another name but them seem to be nearly identical)
The main unit is located in the basement under the stairs. If I remember right, there's a high voltage 15 amp circuit breaker switch than can easily be tripped by anything that just barely touches it. There is also a fuse for the low voltage control wires. Since there's power to the panel I doubt this is burned out.
Here an old post with a good photo of the unit: Taytronics Inverter Help (http://www.foreforums.com/index.php?topic=26884.msg218140#msg218140)
