Is this drinking water tap OEM?
The gold handle on mine is loose and it seems difficult to fix. There's very little to work with and mismatched materials (metal and plastic) make gluing tough as well as hydro-locking.
Right now it's holding together with a wood shim which probably won't last so I'm looking ahead at replacement. Any gold ones seem pricey, so I'm wondering what others have done for a replacement.
Don't see a photo, but if you're talking about the filtered water that comes off the Everpure-ADC filter, there are lots of options that work with that head. We replaced ours years ago.
ETA - now that the photo is up, yes, that's OEM. Check Faucet Depot for a replacement. I'll head off to the rest of the Interwebs and start searching for you. Might be challenging to find polished brass/gold tones....
Thanks Michelle. My daughter told me last week that brass/gold is making a comeback.
The faucet isn't bad quality but that handle is it's Achilles heel.
We replaced ours with a brushed nickel commercial style with a pull out sprayer. Colors were fine and works well. Others have done the same. What ever cracks your cookie. 😃
Replaced mine yesterday with Delta from Lowes...looks nice...OEM was white plastic Delta...had started leaking...had to go...was concerned about the look of nickel with the other metals in the coach but looks nice, clean and fast install...very happy...so is the wife...in fact she wants the same faucet in the kitchen....
see ya
I believe T-man is asking about the filtered water faucet, not the main kitchen faucet
My filtered water faucet was leaking so I replaced it. It was an on the shelf item at Lowe's but mine was chrome.
