Title: What Is This On My Roof?

Good evening.  Below are 4 photos of an item on the roof of our coach.  It's in the center between the airhorns.  In photo 4 you can see the 4 small gauge wires entering the item.  Anyone know what this is?

My guess is compass. I have one too and just left it alone until I find out for sure if it is needed.

I assume that was the compass for the Audit system. Is there any way to use it without the Audit system?
