The coach was sitting outside for a couple months while in Nac for service and we now have some stubborn streaks which show up clearly on the white paint. They are easily removed if one gets to them early. Anyone had any luck removing them and if so how? Thanks in advance.
Michael,
If they are White streaks they probably come from the oxidized roof paint?> If you are still in NAC there is a place on University, Precision Auto Clean, that can polish the roof and even the whole coach with wonderful results. They did mine and the results were wonderful.
Speedbird 1.
We had the same streaking after our roof was cleaned. Used the 303 wipes, worked great on both the paint and the stripes! ^.^d
I use the following. Make sure if you order thru amazon you use the link to give this forum credit.
It works wonders on everything I have used it on.
Amazon.com: RV Aircraft Boat Car Waterless Wash Wax Mop Kit: Automotive (http://www.amazon.com/Aircraft-Boat-Car-Waterless-Wash/dp/B006AFAWYI/ref=sr_1_8?ie=UTF8&qid=1496938685&sr=8-8&keywords=aero+wash)
Mike do you know the type of 303 wipes, there seem to be a few?
Also had your streaks had time to set up (weeks) or were they fresh?
They come pre-moistened and pull out like a Kleenex dispenser. I'd bet it was a month before I got around to cleaning the streaks.. They work well for "Buzzard Attacks", as well. ^.^d
they are blackish streaks.
FYI y'all I tried an orange citrus cleaner on paper towel on the blackish streaks. Worked well with a little elbow grease. Terry cloth might work even better.
