Brand NEW haldex on Ebay,only difference is it has a 24 volt heater,but you can get a 12 volt heater,$99.

It looks to me like it is only the 24V heater for $99.00.

There's a 24v to 12v 40a converter on Amazon for $35.  Search for

If I was going to buy it I would just test my old heater with 12 volts and a heat gun,if it heats up just reuse it.
