There is a fuse inside the woofer, that is most likely blown. Changed tons' of them. It is tricky to get open. I believe it is 2 or 3 amp glass fuse

Mine blew a number of times I finally mounted a fuse on the outside of the sub.
I briefly checked for a way inside the subwoofer. It appears to be as impenetrable as the obelisk in "2001 A Space Odyssey". Probably there's a YouTube video on it though. I'll check it out.
My memory may be off but, I believe you gain access through the plate that the jacks are attached to.
I went and checked it today. The head unit were the jacks are located will pry off were it meets the main case. I could see were I damaged the particle board housing when I pried the two apart.
Thanks for the info!
I promise you, that you can get into it. There is something that slides. It isn't that hard. It does look daunting, but really isn't that bad. Sorry it's been a few years, but I did maybe 15 of them.
