Title: 2002 u320 window blinds
Post by: DavidS on June 24, 2017, 08:23:59 pm
I want to order new day night shades for the coach. It's a 36ft no tag 2 slide

Would someone be so kind to measure the windows? Mine is in the shop and I have no access.. I would like to order them and have them before it gets out of jail.. thanks

What are you ordering, MCD?  Or do you just need new strings?

Nice to have new shades, but many are installing MCD manual double roller shades.

BTW, Foretravel has been known to use different width windows for different floor plans, so measurements from others may not be exactly the same as yours.  And should the width measurement be to the edge of the window frame, to max inside the valance or some other place.

Some have removed side valences to allow wider shades, which can then be between top valance instead of inside side valences.

I have washed many old blinds and hung to dry outside. They come up well. If any stains on them just use TSP in warm water. I would try doing one first unless you really do want a change of colour.
The last 240 I bought had blinds on that I figure had never been cleaned and they were disgusting to say the least. A few hours later they looked close to new.
It was amazing the difference.
