Preparing for a trip to Wisconsin next week & Discovered what I think is a hydraulic fluid leak in one of my storage bays. In an old post there was a discussion about how to check & fill the fluid tank but no info on the location of the tank. Is it in the bay, in the engine compartment area or some other location? Please advise
Duke, it would help if you added your coach info to your profile to help identify the problem.
Thanks rbark my coach is a 2002 u320 36 foot with 2 slides
Are you sure it is not coolant which most are red, but easy to see the difference from oil. Allison is the only other red fluid I can think of unless Aqahot coolant, which has hose lines going around coach floor levels of course.

Pretty sure it is not coolant as has the viscosity of oil the bay in question is the middle or largest bay. The leak appears to be coming from 1 of 3 or 4 lines transitioning the ceiling of the bay north & south
If your slides are hyd operated, I would check level on hyd pump reservoir.
Like John H askes, AquaHot boiler fluid is the first "pink" colored thing that comes to mind in a U320.
On my 2002 u320 I have the 2 slides and on the driver side I have a 5x5 reservoir that is attached on the ceiling of the bay... Mine has a small drip of fluid ( looks like power steering) Reddish but could be pinkish if in the carpet.. Fluid is for the slides
I believe your slide hyds use dexron 3 which has a red dye in it. If aerated, could appear pink. Not sure, but your tank would be close to the hyd motor itself in one of you bays.
This is most likely hydraulic fluid for your slides. Could be running down from the cyclinder up in the slide. There are fittings where the hose connects to the slide cylinder that may need to be tightened.
I had a leak in my bay when I bought it. Turns out it was one of the solenoids up top of the bay. The solenoid was over tightened and crushed the o-rings. Believe it had four o-rings, two round and two flat. It only leaked when operating the slide. When under pressure it sprayed out a fine mist of oil all over the compartment. Replaced O rings and hand tighten. If you look in the picture you can see the cap to the reservoir on the far left bottom. Good luck.
