One of our fans is starting to squeak every revolution regardless of the speed.
Have sent email to Fantastic Fan Re: lube / replacement.
Thought I'd check with y'all.
Thanks in advance for your tolerance. ;D
Scott,
Before replacing, I like to use Supco oil with a Zoom Spout for lubricating any thing with a rotating shaft. Turbine Lubricating Oil with Zoom Spout High Quality All Purpose Oil 4 Oz -... It works well and is made of paraffin wax and contains no oil. The zoom spout allows you to reach places you can't easily get to. I use it all over in my shop and carry a bottle in my truck. It stopped the noisy squeak in the Kool-o -matic motor shaft in the coach and the bedroom heater fan. If you can reach the top of the shaft, let it drip down, the noise will stop, and the fan will run better/quieter!
