Title: Aqua Hot in a Foretravel.
Post by: craneman on July 25, 2017, 01:22:11 pm
Just a reminder to take a picture of the wiring when you service your A.H. I removed mine for servicing over a month ago as I waited for some parts to come in. When I went to reinstall it I had 1 extra white wire. The schematic from A.H. doesn't show this wire. With help from Rudy and Roger Burke determined that Fortravel adds a wire from the bay thermostat to supply power to the "B" relay. I only loosened 1 terminal screw to remove the burner and logically the wire should go there, however I didn't know if the wire had been hooked up when I removed the burner. That is where a picture would have saved me 3 days of researching that wire.

Yup, I took pic's of everything except one wire, but the schematic Roger sent with the burner gave me a hint of where it went...kinda but did figure it out after several cups of coffee... or was it adult beverage... sometimers

That arrow about 3 wires? That was the 3rd wire on that terminal.
