Okay fellow Foretravelers, We are not having any good luck with our Foretravel. Round Two adventure started without a hitch from Baytown to Concan, TX (313 Miles) on Thursday August 10Th. We arrived and quickly setup the 1995 U320 at Becs RV on Hwy 83. Later that evening my wife was taking a shower and noticed the water pooling away from the shower drain to the port side of the RV. I started the engine (110 psi) main power switch is on and attempted to manually adjust the level on the keypad but could not get any response from the any of the buttons. The Travel light is on. I have 12v to the control board and all fuses check out good. I also have a good ground from the parking brake to control and can hear a relay click when I unplug and plug back in. The main issue I have is that front left port wheel is almost touching the coach wheel well. Any tips would be greatly appreciated as I am going to have leave the RV behind a second time due to a costly breakdown. Maybe it's time to unload this lemon. This was the second trip in our new to us Foretravel and again we are stranded. The first trip the ECM fried due to a short in the wiring harness costing 4 coach bucks to resolve. Thanks, rwbaytown

What is the order that you are pushing the level buttons?
On ours, we push the level button twice and the unit then goes into level mode.
Hitting the off button then returns it to trail height.

According to my recent reading of the HMH procedure... switch the main off, then on again, so the computer resets, then level...
Odds are you all already know that and I am not yet contributing to the greater good.. lol
Hey neighbor, You're one weekend late. Camped in Medina and drove by there last week, so I'll have to try to support you online. I don't have the air leveling like you do so I can only guess.
Don't you have an auxiliary compressor that is supposed to run to keep system level?
Mine has dump valves that sometimes "leak by" dirt in valve type of stuff. On mine there is a shutoff valve downstream that can be closed to block in the air for travel. Don't know how your system dumps air.

make sure you turn the pad off before you try to push any buttons.. it doesnt respond if its in hibernation
Make sure the plug on the back of the control pad is pushed all the way in.
I can jump the contactor and make the supplementary compressor run but the solenoid on the separator is bleeding off. I have cycled the master switch on and off and then pushed the off button first but the travel light is always on. I removed and reinserted the ribbon cable on both ends to no avail. If I could get front left bag to inflate fully I would drive it out of here. rw
You say the travel light is on?
If you can't get the system into the level mode maybe if you pull the fuses (or disconnect the power )in the computer then reinstall them it will reboot it's self?
You won't be able to level when in the travel mode. You might cycle the parking brake valve.
Build up your air pressure and shut the engine down. Make sure your park brake is set. Turn on HWH by pressing button only once. Is the travel light on at this point?
If not .... try to manually raise the front at this point.
Try turning the ignition switch on and off.
If the level system thinks the ignition switch is on ( even if it's in the off position) the system will go into travel mode.
