Looks like a nice coach, 44,000 miles. Listing doesn't state a length. The center open door is interesting.

Concerning to see the rusty joey bed and rust toned carpet in another photo (where the fire extinguisher is laying on its side).  Bulkheads and rest of basement floor could be in trouble and would need a good inspection.
