Any one have an idea why dash air conditioning high pressure switch would be disconnected? Just replaced dryer receiver and bad expansion valve for dash a/c. The tech said the other pressure switch on the a/c system had the wires cut. I am concerned should the condenser fan or fan system fail I may have a serious problem. This picture shows the cut wires with no other wires to be found.
The cut wires are on a low pressure switch on the suction line. You need a schematic to see what should be connected.
Our coach (99' U270) has no wire harness connection that goes in that switch, just the empty socket. Never has, as far as I can tell... The other line does have a connection, same as yours.

Some foretravel coaches come without high pressure switch on compressor line. They instead use a binary switch mounted on dryer back by rear condenser.Hy-Capacity High-Low Binary Pressure Switch - Female - 8811100 (http://www.jensales.com/products/high-low-binary-pressure-switch-female-8811100.html?gclid=CjwKCAjwgvfOBRB7EiwAeP7ehkPlpfU8bXhS_rLWdVS_pZC1lkLzIOCfs0UH6Wy7DiVQPahmFMxZwxoC-FcQAvD_BwE)
At some point in time someone may have just put a pressure switch in the socket to fill an empty socket
If you look at your ac schematic, it shows the pressure switch with no wiring to it. The protection circuit goes through the binary switch on the filter dryer. Had me fooled for a while.
