Title: 40 foot 1997 U-320 at MOT
Post by: Miz Dani on November 01, 2017, 09:38:27 am
....anybody got any info or knowledge on this coach or who might have been a previous owner on this coach? Friend of mine has put $ down on it & supposedly it is a somewhat local (north TX) coach for the past 8 or so years....it's "pending" on the MOT web site & if I had an ounce of technical knowledge I'd do a link, maybe somebody can help? Thanks in advance....

Dani, i looked at this for another person.  I do not do inspections, just a review.  I liked it.  But I have an idea for an inspection if they not willing hire Risch or Wolfe not able.

Will run some traps this morn, see what I have for you.

Mike

I think this coach could be used for an extreme cold locker if the 213,500 BTU ACs specification is correct!! >:D

Dani put it on for me and I have been in contact with Brett about an inspection. The problem I am having is a time frame one.
Thanks for everyone's help

Looks familiar.  You should/will enjoy this coach.

How tight is your budget for normal replacement stuff?

Would this be a long term keeper coach?

As I said, I havebeen able to run this down for you....

If Brett cannot do, Keith Risch can.  Brett is quite welcome there and Risch can do it after hours.

At MOT simply call service to arrange.

The cost is minimum versus buying and especially if you are not able to inspect it yourself.

I am convinced it will pay you money to do this, not cost you at the end of the buying.

If I can help with further deatils of the program as I found it to be today Ron, let me know.

Mike I sure do thank you for the info and help you have given me on getting things rolling on buying this coach. I enjoyed talking to you on the phone and GO ASTROS. That is just for good luck on the game.

Personally any inspection for me  would be for major issues.  Delam, major corrosion, crash damage, water leak rot.

Nice to know all the other details on estimated condition but actual use may be the real way to know what and how everything works.

That's why I took almost every used rv I took in out and went dry camping.

Because we were dry campers new batteries all around first prevented bad trips.

Dani
Thanks so much for helping get through all this computer stuff and helping set me up with all the right people on this forum to lower my stress level where I might get to sleep tonight and get an inspection on the coach.
Thanks again
Ron
