Has anyone found a suitable replacement for the Microphor toilet? I prefer the simplicity and reliability of a manual ball valve ceramic toilet. Preliminary check at Camping World was discouraging, since the toilets exceeded 7 1/2" from lug to back wall. I would prefer not cutting into the cabinet. Height does not seem to be an issue since I have about 22" clearance.
I have the corner toilet with back to cabinet.
Sven,
I replaced the one in our 300 with a Sealand Traveler. Unfortunately, I don't have the measurements (or the rig for that matter!) but here are a couple of photos.

There are many nice toilets out there, but my problem is 7 1/2" rough-in from mounting bolts to back. The only Dometic product that will fit is the 300 series plastic toilet. I appreciate your taking the time to post photos.
I replaced mine with a Dometic 320 ceramic crapper. It works great!

Quick Edit
Plumbers use offset toilet flanges to adjust the rough-in quite often. Don't know if it will work for you.
I replaced my Microphor toilet with a Thetford Aria Classic Tall unit. Had to drill new holes, but it was not a big deal for me because I replaced the plywood floor under the toilet at the same time as the toilet swap due to a fresh water supply leak that had rotted the floor. I am very happy with it.

Sven, did you have "issues " with the Micophor? I have a 2001 U320 with the toilet at an angle between the shower and sink, but my beef is that I want to raise the seat to 17", and my petite wife is giving me a hard time. 17 " is a pretty standard chair height. If you change out, will you go to 17" ?? Are there any mechanical problems I should be aware of with the unit we have ( electric flap )??
I had issues with my Microphor. It stopped flushing. I tried to troubleshoot it, became frustrated, then threw it in the garbage. It was headed there eventually so may as well have been sooner rather than later. Went with a taller replacement, manual flush ceramic unit and am happy that I did. An electric toilet is just another gadget that I don't need in my life.
You must have the "water closet" toilet set up. Mine is at an angle in front of a cabinet which doesn't allow enough distance to accommodate this toilet.
It didn't hold water, the refill would not stop (had to turn off water at the bloc) and now the flap is stuck open about 1".
What brand and model toilet did you buy?
