Almost no tread left on the driver's side inside rear and the date code was 3205

That could have been a steer tire at some point. Keep an eye on how the new ones wear.

The dump trucks around here would call that "mint condition" and run it for another few years until it was so thin you could see the air inside thru the rubber.

Let's not talk about the mounted spare in the Joey bed from 2002 with the sticker still on the tire.

was it used or new?

I would assume new if the sticker is still on it... Kinda answers the question about should I carry a spare?

Tires are one of the reasons many here suggest having 10K held back for needed updates once you take possession of your new to you coach.

I replace my coach shoes every 5-6 years. Many thoughts on that but that what we are comfortable with.

Air bags
Tires
Brakes
Bulkhead
House batteries
Oil etc
Pretty good guess

And don't forget the "while I'm fixing this I may as well change that" syndrome.

Worse, while fixing A, B breaks. While fixing B, C breaks, etc.
