Just curious, we had to leave our coach at FOT for repair in October. Had to have estimate sent to insurance. Have been getting copied on emails from insurance company, but not seeing that their requests are being sent back. Also got a direct email from our claim manager asking why he wasn't getting any response.
I have heard the Braxton is the only service representative still there. Is this true? Is he still there?

I have left messages the last 4 business days to see about some Brake service but all I hear back is crickets. :(
There are 3 service directors: Luke, Jeremey & Braxton. See the Foretravel web site for main number/extensions. I've had good luck getting hold of them lately but the past few days they were heading into a holiday weekend so will probably all be back Monday morning. I also worked with another service writer, Rocky for a couple of weeks in September. Web site says they are now taking appointments for the week of Dec. 18th.
edit: I think Jeremey is still in service but I thought they said Luke had gone on to parts dept. Braxton is the guy I like dealing with the most....great young man....
I'm w/Miz Dani. I spoke with Braxton a week ago and he was well-booked for a few weeks. Sounded good. I like working with him quite a bit. Paul

We have enjoyed working with Braxton too. It was something he said to my husband a couple of weeks ago about being alone. Perhaps he meant just that afternoon. Just seems funny that emails for clarification on an insurance claim aren't being sent. Maybe I worry to much.
John, appreciate your offer to check,but don't want to get Braxton in trouble.
