I noticed on tulsa Craigslist there's a 1998 U-270 34 ft. If someone is looking for one.

Looks good. Certainly priced towards the top of what ive seen that vintage u270 going for, although it appears to have been well majntained.
Cute!
It does look good. This is where I see prices are at now, even on U270's. I guess Foretravels have been re-discovered, along with a good economy. Glad we got ours last year.
Nada book say's 15K retail......Interesting

I sold my 1999 U-270 in 2009 (admittedly n the economic collapse period) for $65,000, and it had been re done on the inside and many upgrades. It does that these coaches level out and depreciate very slowly at the 15 - 25 year age range. Of course maintenance increases and can be significant.

A lot of people like the shorter coaches, and while there are now a lot of gas and diesel coaches in this category, very few are of Foretravel quality. Demand dictates the selling price.
Like I always think: you can't buy much of an RV (SOB) any more for the price of a good quality Foretravel. These are bargains.
