Title: What is is worth to get rid of your blind spots?
Post by: Matt Childs on December 09, 2017, 05:45:08 pm
360 degree video is well on it's way to being mainstream.  The concept is presented really well in this video.  I am pretty sure reality won't be as nice as the video.  The concept would give you 100% coverage on your blind spots.  I am sure a close to perfect installation and setup would have to be done.

Again, nothing about a specific product but the concept is really nice.
My guess is when we stay in a campground it is going to be a state or national park campground and it will be interesting parking 8 times out of 10.  The roads in and out will be tight.  When not in a campground I live in the mountains and its two tenths of a mile up my gravel driveway.  Its a bit tight even after I spent two weekends trying to open it up.  My guess is over the life of the coach I would save more in nicks and dings than the system would cost.  Assuming it works and I use it.

It's called the Birds Eye View 360 Camera System - available on the newer Foretravel coaches, like the IH-45 (yours for only 1362 coach bucks!)

The air cam system. (http://www.foreforums.com/index.php?topic=22967.msg176961#msg176961)

Seems like I seen a system like that while surfing, does Bosch ring a bell? Yes I could be priceless depending on what you hit.
