Hi Friends. I've been trying for over a week to reach Lance at Old Town. Trying to get the airbag service schedule before EOY. I've tried emails, and both the toll free and 936 phone numbers. The phones are answered by the auto attendant and I've left multiple messages.
Any suggestions?
Just did a search and this # came up on their website
1-855-686-2725, try it who knows. OOPS I see now you tried the toll free one. Maybe Mike and Jackie can go bang on their door for you????? ^.^d

Mine would be find someone else to install the airbags, you don't need a "guru" to change an airbag.
Try 1-936-305-5000 They have been having problems with their phone system and emails. Keep trying and call this number after 9AM.I had problems also and they finally contacted me. I punched "0" instead of the other numbers.
Good luck
Ron
Check with Beau Reece (936) 221-2055. Send a text, he will call back. Cushing TX or wherever you are.
Try Infinity RV/motorhome remodeling and more here in Nac. I was there about a week ago and they were replacing air bags on a Foretravel. They do all kinds of work. There were about 10 Foretravels there. They also do great interior work. 936-560-2188.
Try sending them a message on here.
I had trouble getting hold of them several weeks ago as well. Left a couple of messages finally got a call back a week later. Hard to do business with folks you can't get hold of.
I sent an email to Britney (receptionist) letting her know that this was a big problem. She wrote back that she has been off for a couple of weeks, but passed along Lance's email address:
lance.hays@oldtownmotorcoach.com
Britney told me to use the 1-936-305-5000 number. When I actually got thru I had called the 800 number but instead of pushing the number for service I pushed the number for sales. That worked. She did tell me that they were having quite a few problems with the phone system and she couldn't access her email that day.
Michael, maybe you can take them a precision computer attitude adjuster. <grin>
The air bag special is supposed to end in February and the installation should be done by then.
Maybe this has already been shared on some other post, but Old Town is no longer in business.
